Partner naming gets specific. A GeForce RTX 5070 Ti from one brand is not automatically the same card as the one from another — cooler size, power connector count and factory clocks all shift, and so does what we can source that week. Reading the model line off the box or the listing before you call saves a round trip for both of us. When to expect a reply
We answer inquiries during shop hours, and most messages get a response the same day. Compatibility questions that need checking against supplier data can take a little longer, because the honest answer depends on part numbers we would rather confirm than guess. If your request is urgent, call rather than use the form.
We would rather tell you a card is unavailable than leave you waiting on it. If a model is out of stock we say so in the first reply, and where we can, we name the nearest alternative at a similar price or performance level so you are not starting the search again from nothing.

Call ahead if you are making a special trip for a specific card. Flagship models move quickly and the shelf can change between morning and evening. A short call confirms what is on hand and whether it is worth the journey today.

No appointment needed during opening hours. Walk in and look at the cards on the rack, or ask at the counter. If you are travelling in for one particular model, a phone call first is worth more than a booking.
Can you tell me if a card fits my case before I order?
Yes. Send your case model and, if you have it, the maximum GPU length and slot clearance your case allows. We compare that against the exact cooler on the card you are considering and tell you where it is tight rather than simply saying it fits.
Is my power supply enough for a flagship card?
That depends on the card, the CPU and the age of the unit. Tell us the power supply model and wattage and we will tell you whether it comfortably covers the card, whether it is borderline, or whether it needs replacing before you install anything.
Do you answer questions about laptop graphics cards?
We do, but include the notebook model. Laptop GPUs are soldered and configured per chassis, so the model number plus how you use the laptop is what lets us give a useful answer instead of a generic one.
