How Mystravale GPU Store handles personal data collected through this site, what we keep, and how to ask us about it.
Effective from 6 October 2026
This policy explains how Mystravale GPU Store handles personal data collected through mystravale.world. The site is operated from 88, Teheran-ro 87-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06164, Republic of Korea. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us about it.
The short version: we collect only what you type into the contact form and the basic technical data a web server records. We do not process payments on this site, and we do not sell personal data. The sections below set out each point in full.
A plain account of what the store records, and why.
Nothing here changes how the catalog works. If you are only browsing graphics cards and comparing models, no account is created and no contact details are asked for.
Information We Collect
Two categories: what you send us on purpose, and what the server notes while you read the site.
Given by you
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. If you write to us about a specific card, the model you name is part of that message.
We ask only for what is needed to answer the question. Fields you leave empty are simply not collected.
Recorded by the server
We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited when you use the site. This is ordinary web-server logging, not a profile of you as a shopper.
We do not collect payment details through this website. Card numbers, bank details, and delivery payment information never pass through mystravale.world.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your stock or compatibility inquiry and to provide the recommendation you asked for. A question about whether a card fits a case, a power supply, or a laptop dock is answered from the details you send and nothing else. Technical information is used to keep the site functioning and to understand which pages visitors find useful, so we can tell whether a comparison page or a guide is doing its job. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Answering your inquiry
- Your name, email, phone number, and message are used to reply and to follow up once if we need a missing detail.
- Stock and compatibility checks
- If you ask about a card we list, the model you name helps us check availability and matching parts.
- Running the site
- Server logs help us spot broken pages, dead links, and load problems so the catalog stays readable.
- What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use contact form messages for advertising.
Buying a graphics card should not require handing over anything you did not choose to send.
That is why this site keeps no customer accounts and no stored payment methods. Browse the catalog, compare the models, and write to us only when you actually want an answer.
Legal Basis and Consent
We process personal data you submit through the contact form on the basis of your consent, given when you send the message. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, though doing so may end our ability to respond to your inquiry. Technical data is processed to operate the site, so the pages you open load correctly and stay available.
In practice this means you decide what leaves your hands. Nothing is asked for at the moment you open a product page, and no message is stored in a marketing list. If you withdraw consent, we stop using the details you sent and delete them according to the retention rules below, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a record.
What consent covers
- Replying to the message you send through the contact form.
- Checking stock or compatibility for the card you name.
- Following up once if a detail is missing from your request.
Withdrawing consent is free. Write to the address in the contact section and say clearly that you want your message withdrawn.
Data Retention
Two clocks run here: one for your messages, one for the server's own notes.
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. After that, we delete or anonymize the data. In practice this means a message about a card's stock position stays readable while the question is open, including a short pause if you need to check your case or power supply at home. Once the exchange is finished, the message is removed rather than archived.
Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and site-operation purposes, then removed. They are not combined with your message to build a profile, and they are not kept indefinitely.
Contact messages
Kept while the question is open, then deleted or anonymized once it is answered and no follow-up is pending.
Technical logs
Held for a limited period to spot faults and abuse, then dropped. Never linked to your message.
Your Rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. You may also object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We respond within a reasonable period, and we may ask a short question first so we can tell the request apart from a spoofed message.
Access
Ask what we hold about you. We confirm what exists and what was already deleted.
Correction
If a phone number or email you sent is wrong, we fix it or discard the message.
Deletion
Ask us to remove your message. We delete it rather than keep it on file.
Restriction
Ask us to pause use of your data while a question about it is unresolved.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
The site may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. If third-party services are used to operate the site, they may process technical data under their own policies. We do not use the contact form data for advertising purposes.
Read the Cookie PolicyWhat this means for a normal visit
- Reading the catalog
- Browsing graphics cards or a comparison page does not ask you to sign in or hand over contact details.
- Site preference cookies
- Small cookies keep basic preferences working between pages. The Cookie Policy lists the categories in full.
- Third-party operation
- Where a third-party service keeps the site running, it handles technical data under its own published terms.
- Advertising
- Messages sent through the contact form are not used to build advertising audiences.

If you came here from a product page, the catalog and the buying guide are still one click away. None of them collect personal data on their own.
